Position Background:
We are seeking an extremely motivated and creative individual to serve as the Marketing Administrator for our commercial real estate firm, Wellington Realty. The position involves managing and creating all necessary marketing initiatives with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and solve problems. This individual will be exposed to a wide-variety of duties within a fast-growing brokerage and management firm in Dallas, Texas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce and promote innovative marketing campaigns that echo’s Wellington Realty’s strategy and messaging i.e., investment sales campaigns and PR notifications
- Prepare and design all creative copy that include broker opinion of value packages, sales proposals, and offering memorandums
- Monitor, analyze and communicate all digital marketing performances including budget caps, leads, cost per leads, and impression share for all marketing efforts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously for all organic and paid media marketing
- Implement appropriate conversion optimization, goal tracking and insights for campaign reporting
- Analyze current market trends and provide strategic recommendations with the goal to improve campaign effectiveness
- Utilize social media platforms to target prospective tenants searching for multi-family housing
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign software for the marketing collateral
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years Marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat preferred
