About You:
– Passionate about working with youth and families.
– A degree in social work, psychology, education, or counseling is recommended but not required. We value your skills, passion, and readiness to learn above all.
– Committed to applying positive behavioral principles.
– Willing to obtain certification through the System of Care within 6 months of joining (with our full support for your professional development).
Your Impact:
– Implement positive behavioral strategies in a variety of settings to support the well-being of children and adolescents.
– Participate in Child Family Team (CFT) meetings, contributing to comprehensive care plans.
– Foster the development of constructive skills and behaviors in young individuals.
– Directly intervene to bolster coping skills and emotional resilience.
– Strive to reduce the need for more intensive treatment settings.
