The Honorable William Hayes is a District Court Judge in the Southern California District of the United States Courts. As an Article III judge, William was nominated by the President of the United States and confirmed by the US Senate. Presiding over both civil and criminal cases, William walks us through the entire process from hearing motions and discovery through to sentencing. His biggest advice for aspiring judges is to become involved with your local associations and become known as a good, honorable lawyer.
