Leadership Coin Application

To qualify for the Leadership Coin a student must earn 100 points through their involvement on campus. This form must be completed with all appropriate signatures and submitted to Dean of Student’s office to earn the coin. The President’s office will coordinate a time and place for you to receive the coin once you have achieved the required points.
