RESPONSIBILITIES:
–Preparation and service of at least two meals per day
-Assist in the guidance and supervision of Junior Staff members
-Stock rotation
-Inventory management
-Organization of food areas
-Assist in putting away orders properly
-Cleaning, areas may not be limited to the kitchen
-Daily paperwork relating to the summer food program
-Set up and cleanup of dining hall for each meal
-Ensuring that meals for those with allergies are made completely free of the allergen
JOB REQUIREMENTS
–Must be able to follow standardized recipes
-Must be able to do simple mathematics to convert recipes as needed
-Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
-Other tasks as assigned
