1. Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.
2. Develops various process diagrams using tools like Visio, LucidChart, etc.
3. Designs and develops enterprise reports, charts, multi-dimensional data analyses and queries.
4. Experience communicating business intelligence (structured and unstructured) using portal frameworks such as SharePoint, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
5. Experienced in the definition, design and development of information portals, key performance indicators, balanced scorecards, and enterprise information publishing methods.
6. Performs data analysis as required for databases, database conversions, and data loads.

Education & Experience
1. College Degree Computer Science, Business, Data Science
1. 3+ years using relational DB technology to store and manage data for business reporting purposes
1. Oracle OCA (Oracle 12 or higher) preferred or equivalent.
