The Conversion Specialist will be assigned commercial account holders in order to provide special care as they transition to the new online banking platform. The Conversion Specialist will receive Inbound calls from Clients or arrange to host training webinars to ensure they have a smooth transition. In addition, they will complete various touchpoints (inbound, outbound, email) with each client as the online banking platform is converted.
The specialist will access the banking system and will be expected to be knowledgeable of banking services to include the following when contacting clients:
– Online banking product capabilities for commercial accounts
– Treasury management
– Banking and payments domain knowledge
– Login Assistance
– Password Assistance
– Navigation of Online Banking System
– Feature and Functionality overview of Online Banking System
Conversion Specialists will also be responsible for tracking Client activity and coordinate with their peer and leadership group to adapt to Client and Business schedule needs.
