Shine Talent Group is looking for students with an interest in communications, digital marketing, and talent management. As a Shine intern, you will be assisting our Shine U.S. team of Talent Managers to execute Influencer campaigns. They will be learning the world of advertising, public relations, and marketing as it applies to the Influencer Industry by aiding the Shine team.
Location: LA-Based (remote, if necessary)
Paid (school credit still required)
Term: 4 months
Hours: 10AM – 5PM Monday- Friday
Responsibilities:
- Pitching talent to brands & creating pitch lists
- Scouting new talent for management
- Support with Shine’s socials (creating grids, captions, IG stories, website)
- Support newsletter development
- Updating internal files
- Support Shine Social Events (logistics, set up, on-site support, tear down)
- Drafting pitches and pitching media
- Creating media lists
- Packaging and shipping PR mailers to media and influencers
- Client-related research
At Shine, we aim for Interns to walk away with strategic and holistic knowledge of digital marketing and influencer relations, as well as a deeper understanding of working in an agency setting to help them determine their future career goals and interests.
