Peterson Health is looking to hire nurses for various departments throughout the hospital. Peterson Health offers a comprehensive one year Nurse Residency program designed to effectively support new graduate nurses. The program is intended to facilitate the development of the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for successful nurses of the future. Critical thinking will be enhanced through utilization of the nursing process, communication, socialization, teamwork, and simulation. Peterson Health is also currently on a journey to become a Magnet hospital.
