The Human Resources interns will assist the team in the migration of files and documents to the Museum’s HRIS software system, Paycom, enabling the transformation to a paper free environment and gaining real life experience on a popular HRIS product. A flexible schedule is available Monday-Friday, between 9am-5pm in one, four-hour shift per week, for a minimum of 60 hours between January and May. HR interns will learn the HR business functions of a successful non-profit, experience the environment of a professional science museum, and complete a project-based assignment related to the Paycom app usages among staff members.

Students enrolled and working toward a degree related to Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related majors, who will be in their junior or senior year in summer 2021, are eligible to apply.
