Paraclete Mission Group is a Christian nonprofit organization that comes alongside followers of Jesus around the world with a wide range of services. The organization, founded in 1988, has been operating virtually with no physical office since 2012. The Paraclete core administrative team serves associates, who worked virtually and in-person in 116 countries during 2020.
Assistant to the CEO is a remote position that supports the CEO in administrative, research and communication tasks.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Administrative: Document Management, Grant-Making Work Flow, Internal Polling, Scheduling and Travel Logistics
- Research: Nonprofit compliance, HR Law and Best Practices, Policy Issues, Missions Strategy and Best Practices
- Communication: Administrative Writing for Internal and External Reports, Committee and Board Minutes, Paraclete Community Building Meetings and Messaging Processes

Salary: $30K – $40K, depending on experience level
