We need a Full Time Social Worker with at least a Bachelors degree to join our team who is certified or licensed by the NJ Board of Social Work Examiners. You will assist with patient discharge planning and care plans and work with patients and their families to create a pleasant and individualized experience while at Prospect Heights and upon discharge.
