Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual for an Entry Level Operations Analyst contract to hire roles. This position will report onsite to an office located in Oaks, PA (30 minutes outside of Philadelphia).
Our client is a large financial services organization looking to hire 50 Operations Analysts.
- Provide Investment Support to investment managers, by overseeing day to day changes on accounts. Open/close accounts, process account maintenance items, perform daily/monthly trade and transaction reconciliations and set up new accounts
- Perform quality checks on new accounts and maintanence items in accordance with departmental guidelines
- Communicate with investment managers, banks and internal teams with the company to review and correct any descrepancies in account information, transactions, holdings or investment types.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance or related field preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office specifically MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills
